Content Developer

You would be responsible for supporting our Sales and Development teams, developing content for our cybersecurity platform using HTML and CSS, and creating marketing materials promoting our company and employee training collateral.


  • Creating graphics for marketing and employee training materials
  • Creating email templates for our template library for employee phishing testing
  • Creating landing pages for employee phishing testing
  • Staying up-to-date on popular email campaign, landing page, and phishing targeting methodologies


  • A willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Web Developer

The positions are expected to work with the team to architect and build on the platform, primarily in PHP, and writing legible, reusable code. They are also required to interact with clients and sales staff. They are, therefore, expected to have both programming knowledge as well as good communication skills. We’ve created a fun, but high-paced, environment in which multiple projects run in parallel and team members are readily available to assist one another as necessary.


  • 3-4 years experience developing web applications using server-side languages (preferably PHP)
  • Experience with SQL Database interaction such as MySQL or MSSQL
  • Front-end development skills including HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), and Javascript (jQuery/Vue)
  • Knowledge of development tools including GIT and Composer
  • Understanding of messaging and authentication protocols such as JSON, cURL, SOAP, REST, and OAuth

Strategic Account Manager

PhishingBox is a growing software company in downtown Lexington, KY that’s looking for a talented Strategic Account Manager for our business development team. This position is compensated with $150k On-Target Earnings (60/40 split) and an extensive company benefits package including 401k pensions and all medical insurances etc.


  • Identify, develop and execute an account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned territory; independently and cooperatively
  • Write, negotiate and close sales opportunities to exceed booking and revenue quota targets
  • Target, establish access, and maintain existing relationships with key decision-makers (typically at the CIO, CISO, and CSO level) related to sales strategy and goal attainment
  • Create force multiplier revenue growth opportunities through strong and effective channel partner relationships
  • Record accurate and relevant prospect and sales information using Zoho CRM
  • Maintain a high volume of sales activity via calls, emails and social selling


  • At least 5 years in a field-based role selling SaaS into enterprise level customers

Product Manager

PhishingBox is looking for a talented Product Manager to help manage and guide our development team. The position is expected to work with the team to prioritize, assign, and oversee development sprints of both new features and those in our backlog. Once new features are ready for release, they will close out the sprint by performing Quality Assurance before release to make sure that the work is in line with the sprint requirements. They are also required to interact with customers and sales staff. We’ve created a fun, but high-paced, environment in which multiple projects run in parallel and team members are readily available to assist one another as necessary.


  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch while collaborating with other cross-functional teams: Development, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales
  • Understand the customer requirements to translate them to new features or product configurations
  • Execute product strategy through ownership of product roadmap, user stories, product requirements, sprints, user acceptance criteria, and releases
  • Communicate internally and with key stakeholders about customer needs
  • Communicate externally with customers and prospects the benefits of our product portfolio and supporting sales opportunities through demos and proposals
  • Configuring the platform of product features based on customer needs and specifications
  • Lead and implement quality assurance reviews
  • Effectively prioritize features and tasks to provide the most value for our users and our business
